Tharp wins Silver STEP Award

Tharp Plumbing won the Silver STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) award for their commitment to safety from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.  The criteria for the award is based on various safety items including resources, meetings, goals, employee & supervisor participation, pre-planning, orientation, training, policies and use of personal protective equipment.
