Tony Chaves, a long-term senior Project Foreman at Tharp, earned accreditation as a Master Trainer from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) headquartered in Gainesville, Florida and affiliated with the University of Florida. Entry into NCCER’s National Certified Trainer Registry permits Tony to deliver plumbing craft training to our employee population and also to conduct an Instructor Training Program to certify other plumbing craft instructors within the company’s ranks.
