  1. Attendance Bonuses

    Several Tharp employees received bonuses for their perfect and near perfect attendance at the Tharp annual meeting.  Ron Allegood, Dan Boddy, Tony Chaves, David Davidson, Stephany Driver, Dennis Laber, Edgar Marquez & Gary Thomas all received $50 bonuses for their perfect attendance and 20 other employees received $20 bonuses for their near perfect attendance.  Tharp appreciates their employees’ reliability and dependability; they keep the company running smooth!

  2. Church Project with Williams Company-Southeast

    Tharp Plumbing was recently chosen to do the plumbing installation on the Harvest Bible Chapel in Windermere with Williams Company-Southeast. With a tight schedule and many technical aspects, Tharp has already shown they are up to the job when the church opens its doors in November 2010.

  3. Third School Project with Walker & Company

    Congratulations to Tharp Plumbing for being awarded Walker Middle School with Walker & Company. This makes Tharp’s forty-seventh educational project and third school with Walker!  Tharp is prepared to show Walker and Company that they once again made a “fine” choice in their plumbing subcontractor!

  4. Tharp Announces Expanded Services

    In an effort to better serve their clients, Tharp Plumbing has decided to increase the scope of their professional plumbing services. Tharp will begin offering extended plumbing service options to past, current and future commercial building clients and general contractors, on March 1st  2010.  Maintenance contracts, leak detection, and pipe videos among other plumbing services will soon be offered by the “Purveyors of Fine Plumbing”.  Tharp will leverage their unparalleled commercial plumbing expertise to maintain plumbing systems by using the latest technology with the finest technicians.

     

  5. Eight Employees Receive Tharp Company Rings

    Tenure is a prized component of Tharp Plumbing’s culture and the company has recognized and rewarded employees for their longevity.  Once an employee’s career spans five years, Tharp rewards them with a ¼ carat diamond gold ring.  After each additional five years, more diamonds are added to the ring until it is full.  Three employees have already achieved a full ring! There will be a total of eight employees who either receive rings for the first time or receive upgraded rings at this year’s Christmas party.
