College Funds given to several Tharp children
Four children of Tharp employees received college funds for their outstanding academic achievements for the Fall 2010 semester. Tharp established the college program to reward students in grades 7th and up with college tuition cash if they excelled in their course work. It has been a wonderful tool to help incentivize students to achieve great things!
