Best Places to Work

Tharp Plumbing was recently nominated for the Orlando Business Journal’s Best Places to Work contest.  Employees were given anonymous surveys to complete; they gave very high marks to the company in several areas. The highest remarks three years in a row stated that most employees really enjoy their jobs and enjoy working for Tharp Plumbing.  This is proven by the fact that Tharp’s average employee tenure is eight years, and there are many employees who have worked for the company close to twenty! Employees also believe Tharp Plumbing is poised to be successful in the future and understand their role in helping Tharp achieve that success! With that kind of thinking, the future is bound to be full of great things for Tharp and their employees.
