President’s Longevity Club
Over fifty percent of our employees have been with the company more than five years. We celebrate and reward their dedication with a gold diamond ring and add an additional diamond every five years.
Gainsharing Incentive
In addition to competitive wages for their skills and hard work, project crew members can share in saved labor dollars achieved by their productivity and efficiency.
Employee Referral Incentive
Cash incentives of $25 – $250 may be offered to those who bring talented people to the team during certain times.
Truck Bonus Program
A unique recognition for foremen is the practice of giving them company trucks when their current trucks are replaced with new ones.
Safety Bonus
Employees are rewarded with $25 for the first year($12.50 each additional year) without accidents up to a cumulative $125 a year.
